Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responding to customers’ queries via social media, managing the company’s social media visibility, and reviewing social media campaigns.
  2. Serve as the main contact point for customers wanting to engage with the company via social media.
  3. Maintain the company’s online reputation; monitor and respond to customer complaints, questions, and suggestions through social media.
  4. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
  5. Provide excellent customer service with great attention to detail.
  6. Knowing company products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the correct resolution.
  7. Staying informed on all the current and latest social media trends, innovations, and changes.

Experience and Educational Qualifications

  1. Minimum of OND with 1 – 2 years of experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of the social media channels and their best practices
  3. Ability to provide a positive customer experience.
  4. Excellent writing skills with good attention to grammar and sentence structure
  5. Ability to manage and handle customers on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
