Job Position: Beauty Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify customers’ needs and preferences, providing personalised advice on suitable beauty products.
  2. Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines, and other beauty techniques.
  3. Drive sales by promoting products and services, potentially including upselling or recommending new items.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and build a strong and stable customer base and relationships.
  5. Keeping the work area clean and organised, adhering to hygiene protocols, and ensuring product displays are attractive.
  6. Keep abreast of the latest beauty trends.
  7. Receiving customers in the store and providing professional beauty consultation services for customers who come to the store.
  8. Assist the store manager to do a good job in store management.
  9. Training of employees across several stores in beauty sales skills.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 5 years of work experience.

Required Skills:

  1. Must possess in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
  2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  3. Sales and Persuasion Skills.
  4. Solid Customer Service Orientation.
  5. Adaptability and Multitasking.
  6. In-depth understanding of beauty products, skincare, makeup techniques and applications.
  7. Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
  8. Experience in managing and developing a team.
  9. Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
