Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to support our growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who have built a career in business development, with a focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored payment solutions.
  3. Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  5. Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to drive business expansion.
  7. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
  8. Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the fintech, e-commerce

Qualification

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
  2. 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  3. Experience working with a payment service fintech.
