Sansa Home Waters, a water processing plant located in Kuje, Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance & Accounts Officer
Location: Kuje, Abuja

Job Description

  1. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, budgeting, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
  2. The role supports procurement, auditing, and ensures fiscal compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  2. Manage invoicing, receivables, and payables.
  3. Process payroll in coordination with HR.
  4. Reconcile bank and vendor statements.
  5. Assist in audit preparations and statutory filings.

KPIs:

  1. Budget variance (% deviation).
  2. Timeliness of monthly financial reports.
  3. Audit findings (number of non-compliances).
  4. Daily payable outstanding (DPO) and Daily sales outstanding (DSO).
  5. Procurement savings or cost reduction achieved.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Experience in manufacturing or processing industries is desirable.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar).
  4. Strong command of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, financial modelling).
  5. Knowledgeable in Nigerian tax laws (PAYE, VAT, WHT) and statutory reporting requirements.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent organisational abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  8. Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Salary
N160,000 – N200,000 gross Monthly.
