Job Position: Head, Human Resources and Admin
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, Arts, or related fields.
  2. A postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) in HR or Business Administration and professional membership with CIPM, SHRM, PHRI, or a recognised HR institute are required.
  3. A minimum of 8 years’ practical experience in human capital management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership or shared services role.
  4. Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management, HR compliance systems, and training strategies.
  5. Possesses deep knowledge of human resource management, talent development, and labour law compliance.
  6. Skilled in strategic HR planning, leadership, and data analysis and reporting.
  7. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  8. Track and monitor progress on quarterly business targets across departments and provide monthly performance reports and executive insights to the leadership team.
  9. Ensure full adherence to company policies, enforce accountability, and serve as an internal ombudsman to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  10. Lead the review, update, and implementation of corporate policies and internal processes.
  11. Manage salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll in line with internal equity and market competitiveness.
  12. Design and oversee the annual performance management process, integrating it with recruitment, L&D, rewards, and talent planning.
  13. Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  14. Develop annual training plans, implement career-pathing frameworks, and establish in-house training academies.
