Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Work schedule: Alternative days | 9 am – 9 pm
About the Role
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and a well-maintained front desk.
This role is critical to creating a professional, welcoming atmosphere while managing bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and visitors with inquiries, check-ins, and workspace information.
- Manage workspace reservations, bookings, confirmations, and payment collections.
- Input and maintain records of space users, generating weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor facility access, enforce policies, and coordinate with maintenance staff.
- Communicate and coordinate with outsourced staff to confirm availability and bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk area.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Work Schedule:
- Shift-based schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, alternating days Monday to Sunday.
- Flexibility is required to cover staff absences or emergencies.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and booking systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to cover occasional evenings, weekends, or staff emergencies.
- Must reside in the Surulere area for easy commuting.
