Job Position: Maintenance Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of our building’s operations.

This is a leadership position for someone who can ensure our facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

​Job Responsibilities

  1. ​Must have engineering experience in fixing and installing electrical appliances
  2. ​Develop and manage the facility budget.
  3. ​Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
  4. ​Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  5. ​Plan and execute long-term facility improvements and projects.

​Requirements

  1. ​Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Eng Degree
  2. 7 years of proven experience in facility management.
  3. ​Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  4. ​Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. ​Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
  6. ​Relevant professional certification is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
