Job Position: Business Development Professional
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities across the group’s services and verticals.
  2. Drive Revenue: Create and implement winning strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships and long-term client relationships.
  4. Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a team of BD professionals toward high performance.
  5. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—tech, operations, marketing—to deliver tailored client solutions.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Reporting: Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior management through periodic performance updates.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  2. A seasoned BD professional with 5+ years of proven success in sales, partnerships, or growth roles
  3. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly results-driven
  4. A visionary leader with experience managing and growing teams
  5. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-service environment.
