Job Position: Customer Experience & Social Media Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service (50%):
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
- Manage after-sales support, including delivery follow-up, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to product delivery.
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and present insights.
Social Media Management (40%):
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team for campaigns, photoshoots, and product launches.
- Track and report social media analytics (reach, engagement, conversion).
Administrative & Team Support (10%):
- Support marketing campaigns, pop-ups, and fashion events.
- Assist in building and managing the online customer database.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth customer deliveries.
Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or social media management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion industry experience (added advantage).
- The ability to communicate with customers in French (Intermediate Level)will be a very strong advantage.
