Job Position: Project Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan, organise, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery andclient satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Budgets:

  1. Implement and maintain installation strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  2. Develop systems to track productivity, standards, and performance targets to ensure effective installation and project completion.
  3. Provide daily updates on site status and progress.

Installation Planning & Organizing:

  1. Plan and oversee day-to-day site installations to meet specifications and deadlinesand exceed our customers’ expectations
  2. Optimise workflows and evaluate installation schedules for team development to measure due date delivery performance.
  3. Conduct pre-installation meetings and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all client sites
  4. Develop and maintain metrics for quality, delivery, and safety.

Team Management:

  1. Build strong rapport with the installation team through open communication, promote a positive, safe, productive and efficient work environment
  2. Continually analyse, identify and set expectations to motivate team members to achieve objectives and goals
  3. Daily appraisal of team members to ensure excellent performance.

Quality Assurance:

  1. Ensure products meet quality standards to reduce rework costs.
  2. Monitor installation standards at all stages.

Process Improvement:

  1. Recommend measures to minimise waste and improve installation practices.
  2. Promote continuous improvement and self-development.

Customer Management:

  1. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of installations.
  2. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.

Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc. Degree in Architecture or any other relevant discipline
  2. Advanced Degrees (M.Sc., MBA) or certifications (PMP) are an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing or architecture.
  4. Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  5. Proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving.
