Job Position: Talent Acquisition Analyst
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  3. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  5. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  6. Completing paperwork for new hires.
  7. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  8. Managing internship programs.
  9. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
  2. The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  3. 1-2 years of Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  4. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Good interpersonal skills.
  7. Good decision-making skills.
  8. A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

Salary
N150,000 / Month
