Pharmarun is on a mission to transform healthcare access across Africa by connecting users to reliable pharmacies, HMOs, and hospitals through technology. We are scaling fast, and the Founders’ Office needs a high-capacity professional to drive efficiency, structure, and data-informed decision-making.

Job Position: HR Intern
Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
  2. Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
  3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  4. Help organise wellness programs, team events, and engagement activities
  5. Draft internal communications and assist with policy documentation
  6. Participate in HR analytics and reporting
  7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support people operations.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  2. Currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member (preferably posted to Lagos)
  3. Resides in or near Ikate, Lekki (proximity is essential)
  4. Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
  5. Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
