Job Summary

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.

In a fast-paced consultancy environment, the Executive Assistant acts as a strategic partner by managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential information e.t.c

Job Responsibilities

  1. Acts as a strategic partner by managing schedules and coordinating high-level meetings
  2. Handle confidential information
  3. Facilitate effective communication between the executive team, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Formulate and write proposals to expand the company’s consultancy horizon.

Requirements

  1. BSC /HND in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  2. Computer literacy is essential
  3. While females are preferred for this role, males are also encouraged to apply.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
