Job Position: Admin Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Description
Oversee general office operations, including supplies management, filing systems, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office budgets, expenses, and petty cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service-level agreements.
- Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and cleaning services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least second class upper in Business Administration, Management, or other related courses.
- Completion of the NYSC program
- Must be a self-starter/quick learner
- Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proximity to Ajah
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
