Sales Force Consulting – Our client is a mega importer of premium non-alcoholic and alcoholic wines and spirits with major offices in Lagos, PH, Enugu, Benin and Onitsha and dealers nationwide.
To effectively deepen its market share and expand its reach in critical markets, they are recruiting experienced, energetic and smart candidates to fill the position below:
Job Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lagos / West
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having an effective footprint of its wines/spirits product lines in all the beverage markets, hospitality and modern trade in Lagos/West markets.
- Source for new customers and, with the team, manage the relationships of existing clients.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Handle all prospects and customers’ enquiries
- Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met
- Manage all subordinates to ensure they surpass their sales targets
- Manage sales administration, ensuring efficiency of operations in inventory, reporting, accounts, market research sales.
Qualifications
- Degree / HND.
- Minimum of ten years of sales/marketing experience and a high level of passion for sales.
Other Conditions:
- Applicants must understand the rudiments of wines/spirits sales and the relationship management process in the open market and modern trade.
- They must possess competence in professional selling and persuasion
- Promotional strategies leveraging activations, BTL and ATL models
- Hardworking, target-oriented to achieve set targets.
- Sufficient managerial experience to galvanise the Subs to meet set targets
- Applicants must reside in Lagos and must be ready for physical interviews
- Knowledge of the wines/spirits market, key dealers and their dynamics in Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, and Kwara States is compulsory.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
