Rome Business School Nigeria, a satellite campus of the Rome Business School based in Rome, Italy, is a managerial training and research institute of excellence situated in Ikeja, Lagos. The Rome Business School Nigeria aims to play a role in closing the gap between the classroom and the job market by providing managerial training courses suited to convey the knowledge necessary to kick off or develop professional careers or business activities. Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for the coordination of at least 2 master’s programs
- Supports students and answers students’ queries and requests
- Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
- Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logistically the faculty during the Lecture sessions
- Prepares and sends the Transcript of Records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students.
- Host and monitor the Online/on-campus classes during weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working on weekends (essential).
