Job Position: Communications Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Communications Manager with strong brand strategy and copywriting expertise.
This individual will drive the client’s internal and external communications, strengthen the brand, and ensure consistent storytelling that resonates across corporate, industrial, and healthcare audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with FM and technology sales objectives.
- Craft brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for diverse client segments.
- Write and edit high-quality content (press releases, proposals, case studies, newsletters, speeches, brochures).
- Oversee internal communications and strengthen employee engagement.
- Manage media relations and prepare press kits.
- Support tender submissions with compelling storytelling and copy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
KPIs
- Growth in positive media coverage and brand visibility.
- Stronger proposal outcomes through better communication.
- Employee engagement and internal communication scores.
- Consistent brand voice across all outputs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of communications/brand management experience, preferably in B2B services or facility management.
- Proven copywriting and storytelling expertise.
- Strong brand strategy development background.
- Ability to simplify technical/FM concepts into impactful messages.
- Excellent stakeholder management and media engagement skills.
