Job Position: Front Desk Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Welcome visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
  3. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and welcoming
  4. Manage appointment schedules and assist with meeting coordination.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and official correspondence.
  6. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security and sign-in protocols are followed.
  7. Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, printing, and record keeping.
  8. Provide general support to the admin team and other departments as required.
  9. Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
  10. Relay important information to relevant personnel promptly.
  11. Address and resolve client and visitor inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
  12. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Qualification/Experience/Key Competencies

  1. Minimum of a BSc Degree
  2. Prior experience in a customer service/front office role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  7. Calm and composed, especially in handling inquiries and managing busy front desk hours.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / month.
