Job Position: E-commerce Operations Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  2. The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure the accuracy of product listings.
  3. This role includes analysing sales data, optimising the online shopping experience, and responding to customer inquiries.
  4. The E-commerce Operations Manager will also collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  2. A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
  3. 6–8+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
  4. Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  5. Skills in sales data analysis and product listing accuracy.
  6. Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
  7. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
  8. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  9. Deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviours.
  10. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  11. Customer service management and collaborative skills.
  12. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  13. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
