Job Position: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with deep expertise in FX sales, a strong network within Nigeria’s financial ecosystem, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.

The preferred candidate will lead a sales team, grow the organisational revenue base, and establish relationships that translate into multi-million-dollar FX deals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive the acquisition of high-volume FX clients across Nigeria (corporate and high-net-worth individuals).
  2. Leverage existing industry relationships (banks, corporates, importers, exporters) to close multi-million-dollar transactions.
  3. Lead and manage a team of sales executives — coaching, reviewing performance, and setting revenue targets.
  4. Design and execute sales strategies for scaling client acquisition and FX volume.
  5. Collaborate with compliance, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FX sales, B2B financial services, or treasury-related roles.
  2. Demonstrable track record of managing high-value FX transactions (in the millions of USD).
  3. Strong portfolio of clients in industries that rely heavily on FX (import/export, tech, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.).
  4. Prior experience in banks, fintechs, or licensed FX companies is a major advantage.
  5. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  6. Proficient in CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Salary
N1,200,000 / Month plus Benefits.
