Job Position: Customer Relationship Manager (Client Experience Manager)
Location: Lakowe, Lagos

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable Real Estate company, for the role of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM/Client Experience Manager).

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
2. Build and maintain trusted relationships that foster client loyalty.
3. Manage communications, feedback, and service requests with speed and professionalism.
4. Work with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.
5. Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Experience, or related roles.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
5. Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage.
6. Applicants must live in or around Lakowe or Lagos Island and be available for a physical interview at short notice.

Salary
N100,000 / Month (Slightly negotiable for the right candidate).
