Job Position: Architect
Location: Ajah, Lagos

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and visualisation of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
  2. Prepare 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
  3. Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
  4. Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
  5. Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation.
  6. Recommend materials, finishes, and sustainability options.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc../B.Arch in Architecture or related discipline.
  2. ARCON registration or evidence of registration in progress is an advantage.
  3. Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  5. Strong creative, visualisation, and presentation skills.
  6. Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity.
