Job Position: Internal Audit and Compliance Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

This role plays a vital part in protecting organisational assets, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
  3. Preparing comprehensive reports with conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  4. Acting as the primary point of contact for external audit and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  1. The candidates’ First Degree should be in Accounting / Economics / Banking, and Finance.
  2. The candidate should be ACA/ACCA qualified. (A student at the professional stage can be considered.)
  3. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Internal Audit/Control or Risk & Compliance from Oil & Gas/Banking, or FMCG.
  4. Minimum of 6 credits in SSCE.
