Job Description

An HR/Admin Officer manages human resource functions and administrative duties within an organisation.

This includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, office management, and compliance with labour laws.

The role ensures smooth daily operations and a productive workplace environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  2. Maintain employee records and handle payroll and benefits administration.
  3. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
  4. Manage office supplies, correspondence, and administrative support functions.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of work experience.
