Job Position: Project Manager – Civil Engineer
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for precision, leadership, and delivering high-impact construction projects? We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute infrastructure and building projects with excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
  2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  3. Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering codes, and client specifications
  5. Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and updates to senior management
  6. Resolve technical issues and manage on-site challenges proactively
  7. Supervise procurement and resource allocation for multiple projects

Requirements

  1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field
  2. Minimum of 10years’ experience in project management within the construction industry
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
  5. PMP or a relevant certification is an added advantage
  6. COREN certification is a must
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
  8. Familiarity with Abuja’s regulatory environment and construction standards.
