Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
Are you highly organised, discreet, and passionate about fashion and executive support?
We are seeking a polished and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level engagements.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in project management, reporting, and follow-ups on strategic tasks
- Coordinate logistics for fashion events, client meetings, and brand collaborations
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive briefs as needed
- Ensure the MD’s day runs smoothly with attention to detail and foresight.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
- Professional appearance and a calm, composed demeanour
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or hospitality is an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
