Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

Are you highly organised, discreet, and passionate about fashion and executive support?

We are seeking a polished and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level engagements.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  2. Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  4. Assist in project management, reporting, and follow-ups on strategic tasks
  5. Coordinate logistics for fashion events, client meetings, and brand collaborations
  6. Prepare presentations, correspondence, and executive briefs as needed
  7. Ensure the MD’s day runs smoothly with attention to detail and foresight.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  3. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
  6. Professional appearance and a calm, composed demeanour
  7. Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or hospitality is an added advantage
  8. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
