Location: Abuja (FCT)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Abuja.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and systems meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security.
This role requires strong technical expertise in testing methodologies, scripting, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Leverage industry frameworks (OWASP, SANS CWE, MITRE ATT&CK) to guide test design and validation.
- Perform audits and assessments using specialised tools across web, mobile, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Document findings, prepare detailed test reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in QA, penetration testing, ethical hacking, or red teaming (3 – 5+ years preferred).
- Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE Top 25, MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Hands-on Experience with Tools:
- Application & Network Testing: Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, Hydra, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound.
- Mobile Testing Frameworks: MobSF, Frida, Objection.
- Cloud Auditing Tools: ScoutSuite, Pacu, Prowler, Kube-hunter, etc.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Linux/Windows), web technologies, and authentication protocols.
- Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation and exploit/test development.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications are highly desirable.
Salary
N500,000 net monthly.
