Global HR Always is an HR Support firm carrying out HR functions for and on behalf of our clients. We are recruiting for our client, a major importer and distributor of frozen fish in West Africa.

Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Oregun – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare global vehicle reports and servicing, and flag irregularities.
  2. Carry out an independent facility inspection and prepare a global facility inspection report.
  3. Write minutes of meetings.
  4. Collate and analyse other relevant reports and send them to his principal.
  5. Keep track of the company’s facilities across the branches.
  6. Maintains perpetual inventory records by gathering inventory data, completing required forms/logs, and entering, deleting, and correcting inventory.
  7. Global monitoring of driver’s licenses.
  8. Global monitoring of job completion.
  9. Global Monitoring of fire drill.
  10. Secretariat support for Know Your Policy sessions
  11. Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Head of Administration.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of previous experience in a role.
  2. Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in any related discipline.
  3. An MBA and any related professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proficient computer skills, including the ability to prepare spreadsheets.
  2. High leadership skills with an emphasis on teamwork and productivity.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
