Job Position: Sales Operations Associate
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the Aggregator Team with operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects, efficient problem resolution, and achievement of performance targets.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and have a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Implementation Support: Assist the aggregator team in executing projects, monitor progress, and drive the frontline team to achieve set results.
- Issue Management: Collect operational and market issues from different states, work with relevant teams to develop practical solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Performance Tracking: Take responsibility for compiling and reporting monthly KPI results for each state, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Team Optimisation: Provide data-driven suggestions for team structure improvements and staff replacements where necessary.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Fintech Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of fintech operations, products, and frameworks to support aggregator initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Perform market-related tasks, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to strengthen market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fintech, sales operations, or field support is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
