Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Kano

Job Summary

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead their commercial activities in the Northern region of Nigeria, with a primary base in Kano.

The successful candidate must possess deep local market knowledge and the necessary language skills to build strong client relationships across the territory.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales and marketing strategy execution to achieve regional revenue targets across Northern Nigeria.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers in the designated territory.
  3. Conduct proactive market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities specific to the Northern market.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
  5. Provide regular and comprehensive reports on market feedback, sales performance, and regional trends to management.
  6. Represent the company at trade shows and local business events within the region to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  2. Fluency in the Hausa language is essential for effective communication and relationship building.
  3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Experience in the Textiles industry is a significant added advantage.
