Job Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Eti Osa, Lagos

Role Overview

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

This role requires someone proactive, people-oriented, and able to align HR practices with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Manage employee records, payroll support, and benefits administration.
  4. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Coordinate staff training, learning, and development initiatives.
  6. Support performance management and appraisal systems.
  7. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  8. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3+ years’ experience in HR management or related HR role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  4. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  7. HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage.
