Job Position: Production in Charge
Location: Kano

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Production–In–Charge. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating shift-based manufacturing operations.

The role ensures production processes are safe, efficient, and aligned with quality standards. It requires meeting output targets and effectively managing tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities 

1. Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and team performance
2. Set and monitor production targets, ensuring output meets quality expectations
3. Plan, adjust, and manage production schedules for efficiency and timeliness
4. Lead and train production staff, fostering motivation and accountability
5. Enforce safety and health regulations across the production floor
6. Supervise product inspections and uphold quality control standards
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely material supply
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
9. Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements

1. Degree in Plastics Technology with 5 years of Industrial Experience in a similar position in any reputed Blown Film, manufacturing or packaging
2. Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
