Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Community & Investor Relations Lead to own the investor experience and build a thriving community of early adopters.

You will manage investor communications, oversee onboarding and engagement, and foster long-term trust to unlock global fractional real estate ownership.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in community building, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication skills and a passion for fintech and real estate innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage investor onboarding, including KYC walkthroughs, FAQs, and hand-holding support.
  2. Create and execute an investor communications calendar (WhatsApp, email, webinars).
  3. Act as the voice of the investor community internally, feeding feedback into product and operations.
  4. Support diaspora engagement strategies and community outreach programs.
  5. Organise and moderate investor forums, AMAs, and events.
  6. Track investor sentiment and satisfaction metrics, reporting to leadership.
  7. Build playbooks for customer success and retention.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. 3-6 years’ experience in customer success, community management, or investor relations.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Familiarity with fintech or investment products is a plus.
  5. Experience building online/offline communities.
  6. Empathy, patience, and the ability to explain financial concepts simply.

90-Day Outcomes:

  1. Investor onboarding support flow is documented and operational.
  2. First investor webinar or community session hosted.
  3. Weekly investor comms cadence established.
  4. Feedback loop with engineering and product in place.

Compensation

  1. N600,000 – N800k,000 / month (pilot phase).
  2. Performance bonuses tied to investor engagement & satisfaction metrics.
  3. Eligible for ESOP post-funding.
