Job Position: Project Manager
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
About the Job
We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, ensure seamless project execution, and support our leadership team in managing cross-functional projects across industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across BridgeHedge’s portfolio companies.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks—proactively recommend solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to the Director and senior management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Support business development, rebranding, and operational improvement initiatives as needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus).
- Minimum 3–6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within consulting, finance, or multi-industry environments.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and reports.
- Must live within or around Ogudu, Lagos, and be available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
