This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, and online community engagement within the consulting industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
  4. Support in designing graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content.
  5. Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  6. Research industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and consulting team to ensure consistent messaging.
  8. Assist in managing online community interactions and responding to inquiries professionally.

Requirements

  1. Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years work experience
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  5. Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  6. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred but not required).
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  8. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  10. Willingness to learn and take initiative
  11. High level of integrity and discretion.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
