Job Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  2. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the principal.
  3. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and partners.
  5. Monitor deadlines and provide timely reminders.
  6. Represent the Principal in meetings or events when necessary.
  7. Book flights, accommodation, and transportation; prepare detailed travel itineraries; ensure visas, tickets, and travel documents are in order.
  8. Handle ad hoc tasks and personal projects.

Requirements

  1. BSc. from a reputable University.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant.
  3. Candidates residing in or around Surulere, Lagos, will be given preference.

Skills:

  1. Excellent organizational.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication.
  3. Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  4. Ability to take initiative.
  5. Professionalism and confidentiality.
  6. Good fashion sense and professional appearance.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
