Job Position: Operations Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive operations manager to lead internal workflows, manage client accounts, supervise back-office teams, and improve overall service delivery.
This is a key leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operations, systems, and service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and client service delivery
- Implement and improve internal processes and SOPs
- Assign and monitor tasks across teams (estimators, admins, project managers, bookkeepers)
- Coordinate project timelines and client reporting
- Track KPIs and recommend operational improvements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training
- Manage tools, platforms, and software usage
- Serve as the liaison between clients and service teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on degrees like Mass Communications, Business Administration, or English, etc.
- 4+ years in operations, business management, or admin leadership (construction industry a plus)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Expert ability with MS Office
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a startup or agency-like setting
- Strong English speaking and writing ability.
Nice to have:
- Experience with remote team management
- Familiarity with estimating, procurement, or construction admin tasks
- Knowledge of SaaS or BPO operations.
