In 2019, the company started production of automotive engine oil and lubricants in the UAE. The products are especially crafted to suit all markets, especially its head-quartered nation —the Nigerian market. Job Position: HR / Admin & Legal Officer

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Admin & Legal Officer (Female) to join our team.
This role combines human resource management, administrative oversight, and legal expertise to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with labour laws and organisational goals.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency across departments.
- Provide legal guidance on contracts, company policies, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with external regulators, legal bodies, and government agencies when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Support management in strategic decision-making from both HR and legal perspectives.
Qualifications
- Must have completed Law School and be called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR, administration, or legal compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR practices, and corporate legal frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with excellent organisational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience handling employee relations.
- Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR/operations management tools.
Salary
N250,000 (Monthly).
