Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to take charge of our online presence — someone who can blend creativity with analytics to drive engagement, growth, and impact.

As a key member of our Social Media Team, you will shape the company’s digital voice, create engaging campaigns, and develop strategies that keep our audience inspired and connected.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute innovative digital and social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Create, schedule, and manage captivating content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  3. Track, measure, and analyse performance data to improve campaigns and deliver measurable results.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align content and campaigns with company goals and marketing objectives.
  5. Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies to ensure we’re always leading the conversation online.

Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5–6 years of proven experience managing digital or social media platforms for brands or agencies.
  3. Solid understanding of social media analytics, trends, and advertising tools.
  4. Exceptional communication, organisation, and storytelling skills.
  5. A results-driven mindset with a creative edge.
  6. Applicants must reside within or around Ikeja, Lagos.
