Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specialises in maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-man team that specialises in construction and finishing.
  2. Maintenance of high-rise buildings.
  3. Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meets engineering standards
  4. Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields, including aluco board and façade.
  5. Installation of aluminium/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.
  6. Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
  7. Contractor management, such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND qualification / B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering with 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
  2. A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage
  3. A license as a Professional Engineer (PE) is often required.
  4. Must have hands-on experience in finishing buildings and construction
  5. Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.
  6. Strong skills in math, science, and engineering principles.
  7. Good communication and team collaboration skills are essential for effectively managing diverse teams and working with clients and other professionals.
