Job Description

We are seeking a smart, organised, and customer-driven individual to join our team. If you love talking to people, closing sales and keeping things running smoothly, then this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to walk-in & online customers’ inquiries, messages & complaints quickly, clearly & professionally.
  2. Actively prospect new customers, convert leads into sales and follow up with prospective buyers.
  3. Package orders neatly, ensure accurate order fulfilment and follow up till customer satisfaction.
  4. Update customers on product updates and important store events.
  5. Keep accurate sales & order records.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
