Job Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Nnewi, Anambra

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategy & annual budget aligned with growth goals.
  2. Lead and mentor the marketing team, driving creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  3. Strengthen and manage the company’s brand with consistent, impactful messaging.
  4. Direct PR, content marketing & thought leadership to boost market position.
  5. Track, analyse & report KPIs to measure performance and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 3+ years in marketing (2+ in leadership: strategy, budget & team management).
  2. Proven record of executing strategies that fuel business growth.
  3. Expertise in brand strategy, digital (SEO/SEM, social), content & automation.
  4. Strong leadership with talent development skills.
  5. Data-driven, analytical, and proficient in marketing tools.
  6. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
