We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help expand Bluetti’s presence in the market.

Job Position: Business Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead, coach and manage a high-performing sales team across Bluetti branches in Nigeria.
  2. Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with Bluetti’s business goals.
  3. Negotiate and close deals with key clients to ensure profitable business outcomes.
  4. Recommend strategies and advise the HQ on issues that pertain to the development of the company.
  5. Analyse sales performance across all branches to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Set clear targets and drive performance through structured reporting and accountability.
  7. Coordinate and oversee the strategic delivery of projects and service initiatives on behalf of the company.
  8. Drive strategic planning efforts in collaboration with executive leadership to grow market share in the renewable energy space.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, industry standards, and ensure compliance across all operations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in sales or business management roles within the renewable energy, solar, power, or related sectors.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams at scale.
  4. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and CRM skills.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  6. Solid knowledge of policies and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
  7. Strong work ethic and personal accountability are non-negotiable.
  8. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
