Job Position: Administrative Officer
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (On-site) Saturday – (Remote)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Officer to handle day-to-day operations across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing communication, logistics, and coordination for both in-house and external engagements.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff deliverables and liaise with relevant team leads.
- Manage and schedule client bookings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate community engagement activities and assist with event planning.
- Manage blog updates, newsletters, and weekly Substack posts.
- Supervise housekeeping and security staff, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Handle customer support and manage feedback processes.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for events and facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be female.
- Must be willing to resume within one week of the offer.
- Must be willing to commit for at least six months.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
