Job Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  3. Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  5. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
  6. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
  7. Support sales teams with tools and training materials
  8. Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
  9. Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  10. Generating new business leads.
  11. Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  12. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.

Marketing Manager Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or related field.
  2. At least three years’ proven experience in marketing management.
  3. Work experience in pharmaceutical marketing will be advantageous
  4. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and channels.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proven track record in product launches and campaign management
  8. Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  9. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines.
