Trustlub Fluid Resources Limited is an indigenous company that engages in the production and distribution of the Trustlub brand of lubricants, supply of fuels, associated lubrication engineering, importation of base oil, additives, grease and provision of customer support services.

Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: New Makun City, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  4. Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure continual business.
  5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service performance metrics.

Requirements

  1. HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in the FMCG or Oil & Gas sector.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  6. Professional demeanour, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
