Job Position: Customer Representative / Admin Officer
Location: Akala Expressway, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Brief

As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, and ensuring utmost delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage incoming phone calls and messages.
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer representative or any related role.
  3. Experience working in a logistics company.
  4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
