Location: Lekki, Lagos
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in managing both professional and personal tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the CEO’s preferences, priorities, and work style to effectively anticipate needs.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle wardrobe coordination, personal shopping, and other personal errands as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with general administrative duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements & Skills
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Prior experience supporting an executive or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Discreet, reliable, and presentable, with a professional demeanour.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.
