Job Position: Digital Marketing & Bookings Strategist – Short-Let Properties

Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Bookings Strategist to manage and grow our short-let business across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) — including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
The ideal candidate will oversee digital visibility, handle guest enquiries, and convert leads into bookings across a minimum of three states.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Create, optimise, and maintain property listings across all OTAs with compelling copy, professional images, and dynamic pricing.
- Manage and synchronise booking calendars across platforms.
- Respond to guest messages and enquiries promptly, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Run paid and organic campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with the on-ground operations team to ensure smooth guest check-ins and communication.
- Monitor and improve online reputation management, including responding to reviews.
- Produce monthly reports showing bookings, conversions, marketing ROI, and revenue growth.
- Recommend seasonal promotions and pricing strategies.

Occupancy rate per state
- Average response and conversion time
- Increase in online visibility and guest reviews
- Monthly revenue and repeat bookings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality or short-let management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Airbnb/Booking.com optimization, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Excellent written communication and sales conversion skills.
- Familiarity with property management software or channel managers.
- Highly organised, responsive, and results-oriented.
