Job Position: Head of Human Resources (CIPM Certified)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisation’s overall business goals.

This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, capable of managing all HR functions across multiple outlets or departments.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the entire Human Resources department and provide strategic direction to management on people-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
  3. Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure fair, transparent evaluation processes.
  4. Foster a positive organisational culture that promotes teamwork, discipline, and professional growth.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
  6. Oversee payroll administration, compensation structure, and employee benefits.
  7. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
  8. Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top-quality personnel.
  9. Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organisational restructuring when necessary.
  10. Serve as a link between management and employees to maintain a balanced and productive workplace.

Requirements

  1. Must be CIPM certified.
  2. Must have previously served as a Head of Human Resources Manager within QSRs, Restaurants, Hotels, or related brands.
  3. Must possess extensive experience in Human Resources Management and reporting.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
